♡ Custom Work:

All custom work requires a 30% non-refundable deposit of the total price before work can start on your custom piece.

Payment is taken through an invoice sent to you via email or a link. Alternatively I do accept payments via PayPal.

Your custom piece won't be posted until I have received the remaining amount.

Please allow 1-2 weeks processing time for all custom orders. This DOESN'T include shipping times.

♡ Shipping:

All readily available pieces purchased will be posted within 1-4 business days (usually Monday or Thursday). I will notify you if I am unable to post your order within this time. PLEASE ALSO NOTE that bank holidays will also affect when I post orders.

Orders within the UK are free.

If you are outside the UK and wish to purchase my work please get in touch via email or Direct Message on Instagram OR Facebook. Orders outside the UK are required to pay for shipping. I will provide you with an individual shipping quote.
 
Most items will be shipped via Royal Mail and large items will be shipped via Evri within the UK. International orders will be shipped via alternative couriers. I will let you know which courier I am shipping your order with when I send your tracking number.
 
Tracking numbers will be sent to you once your order has shipped.
 
♡ Returns and exchanges are not accepted. Custom Orders can be cancelled but your deposit will NOT be refunded. Alternatively you can move your custom start date and your deposit will carry over to that new date.
